My Pro purchase is gone after a reinstall - what now?
Open PizzaPlan and go to Settings → Restore Pro. Important: use the same Google or Apple account you bought with. If that doesn't work, send us the order ID from the Play Store or App Store.
Schedule push notifications don't arrive.
Check whether PizzaPlan is allowed to send notifications in your system settings. On Android, also disable battery optimisation for PizzaPlan - otherwise Android kills the timer in the background.
Can I export my data and favourites?
Individual favourites can be shared as PDF. A full data export (backup/restore) is on the roadmap. Drop us a line if you need it now.
Which flour brands are in PizzaPlan Pro?

Does PizzaPlan work fully offline?
Yes. After the first launch, no external data is loaded. Calculator, scheduler, shopping list, favourites - all on-device.
What is PizzaPlan's calculation based on?
Baker's percentages for all ingredients plus an interpolated yeast curve over fermentation time (4-72 hours) and room/fridge temperature. The curve is exactly the one in the app - linear interpolation between 10 support points, no guesswork.
